President of Reside, A Wyndham Residence
Walter Dembiec is the president of Reside, a Wyndham Residence, after serving as executive vice president and general counsel at Reside since 2018. J.R., who joined Reside in 2018, brings over three decades of experience working in the real estate and hospitality sectors to his new role. Most recently, he led BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, an international built-for-business online travel agency, as managing director supervising the Americas operations, sales, call center, real estate, international development, supply chain, legal, and human resources functions. He Previously held Senior Management Roles with Cendant®, Century 21®, Coldwell Banker® and Borg-Warner.
Chief Operating Officer
Dave Caple, CCHP, is the chief operating officer for the Reside brand portfolio, tasked with overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures while driving corporate revenue growth and company culture. Prior to joining the Reside executive leadership team, Dave led ABODA Global Housing Management (now ABODA by Reside) as president and CEO through its acquisition by Westbridge Capital, Ltd. and Reside. Dave originally joined ABODA (then named Northwest Suites) in 1999 as operational vice president. Under his 20 years of leadership, ABODA grew from a regional temporary housing company to a global industry leader. Before ABODA, Dave held various management positions at Cendant Mobility, including overseeing the government real estate acquisition department and the on-site team at Microsoft. Chief Technology Officer
Robyn Joliat, CCHP, is the chief technology officer for the Reside brand portfolio, tasked with leading Reside’s innovation initiatives, creating and evaluating new concepts that explore emerging technologies, assessing the impact of technologies on the company’s business, and driving new strategies and product solutions. Before joining the Reside executive leadership team, Robyn served as the executive vice president of ABODA Global Housing Management (now ABODA by Reside), driving all company operations. An innovative global housing leader with more than 26 years of experience in operations, revenue generation, supply chain, and product development, Robyn is a proven executive, having achieved profitable growth, global expansion, and strategic alliances.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Natalie is responsible for building all human resources systems, programs, policies, and procedures globally and is charged with attracting and retaining world-class talent to ensure the organization has the right team assembled to achieve its business objectives. Natalie also spent 19 years with BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, serving in various roles, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
Chief Financial Officer
Dan Duryea brings 25 years of finance expertise, with a specialization in Proptech and commercial Real Estate. As Reside’s chief financial officer, he is operationally focused on process improvement and project management to drive increased productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Before Reside, Dan served as CFO and co-founder of Caliper by Millworks Analytics. Dan worked as the Senior Vice President, Finance at Colliers, prior to that served as CFO at House of Design Robotics. Previously he served as the CFO at Ten-X Commercial, which led to a successful acquisition by Co-Star.
Board of Directors
Michael Turner serves on the board of directors of Reside. Mr. Turner was formerly President of Oxford Properties Group and was the chair of Oxford’s investment committee and executive committee from April 2018 to April 2023, during which time he also served as Global Head of Real Estate for OMERS (Oxford’s shareholder) where he was a member of their management investment committee and transaction approval committee. He has also served as a board member for several investment and asset management companies, including Lineage Logistics, Procore, Urban Land Institute.

Greg Vorwaller serves on the board of directors of Reside. Mr. Vorwaller is the Executive Chairman of AllTrades Industrial Properties. Greg Vorwaller has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning the private equity investing, financial services and investment consulting sectors. Most recently, he served as President & Partner of Trez Capital, a leading private equity bridge lender and investor in Canada and the U.S. Immediately prior, he served as Global Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield (“C&W”), the business unit responsible for advising clients on the sale, financing and recapitalization of their real estate holdings. Greg served as the Global COO and President of CBRE Capital Markets, where he oversaw the transformation of the business to become the #1 ranked sales and financing advisor in the world, with over $100 billion in closed transactions in 2010.

Gavin became CEO of Reside in 2025, bringing a global perspective and a track record of leadership in real estate and operations. Prior to joining Reside, Gavin was a Managing Director at Westbridge Capital, where he focused on growth opportunities at the intersection of operations and real estate across the firm’s portfolio. Earlier in his career, Gavin held senior leadership roles at both JLL and CBRE, spanning New York, Hong Kong, and London. At CBRE, he served as Head of Leasing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At JLL, he was Vice Chairman in New York and Managing Director (CEO) of the firm’s 900-person Hong Kong platform, later serving as Chief Operating Officer for Greater China. His deep industry knowledge and global experience position him to lead Reside into its next phase of growth and innovation.

Stephen Moosbrugger is the Chief Operating Officer of Reside, bringing more than 30 years of global experience in operational leadership, business transformation, and performance optimization. Prior to joining Reside, Stephen held senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young, where he led complex operational initiatives across international markets including London, Moscow, South America, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Middle East. Renowned for his ability to drive profitability and improve organizational efficiency, Stephen has been instrumental in transforming business practices to meet evolving market demands. His expertise lies in aligning operational strategies with high-value service delivery—ensuring scalable, sustainable growth. As COO, Stephen leads Reside’s global operations with a focus on delivering seamless, client-centered experiences across all markets.
